Sometimes the best look is a toned down one, and for these celebrities, it took them a few years before they realized that too much plastic surgery, overdoing it on fillers, loud makeup and other “beauty” alterations were actually making them look worse. Pamela Anderson, Blac Chyna, and Nicole Polizzi all underwent drastic transformations — and they look a lot better for it!
Chyna, who is changing her name back to Angela White, underwent one of the most extreme make-unders of any celebrity in recent memory in 2023. She decided to have her silicone butt fillers removed after getting them at the age of 19. The former stripper also had her breast implants removed, and got rid of her face and lip fillers.

The entrepreneur got her facial fillers dissolved in March 2023 over two sessions. “As you can see right here, there’s still filler right here in my lip so it’s kind of pushing it over to the side, so we’re going to dissolve that,” she explained in an Instagram video while on her way to the doctor’s office. Chyna added she was also getting more fillers dissolved in the high-cheek area and flaunted how her natural jawline was starting to come back.
“Like my face has come down tremendously especially this area so it’s not super boxy. This is like my actual jaw, so I already have like the structure,” she explained in the same video. Chyna also gave fans a warning about going overboard on getting fillers.
“I did them because, I mean everybody was doing it. So let this be a lesson, don’t even do it y’all, it’s not even worth it,” the mother of two advised.

Actress Courteney Cox got candid when it came to her overuse of injectables on the March 7, 2023, “Gloss Angeles” podcast.
“It’s a domino effect., You don’t realize that you look a little off, so then you keep doing more, ‘cause you look normal to yourself,” the Friends alum explained. “You look in the mirror and go, ‘Oh, that looks good’ … You don’t realize what it looks like to the outside person.”
Calling the use of fillers her biggest beauty regret, Courteney admitted, “Thank God they are removable. I messed up a lot and now luckily … I was able to reverse most of that.”
For other stars, it wasn’t plastic surgery but heavy makeup use, spray-tan fails, wild hair and super sexy outfits that got toned down and made such a difference in their appearance.
