BREVARD COUNTY • FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College women’s golf team will open the fall season Monday morning at the Seminole State Fall Warm Up at Rio Pinar Golf Course in Orlando.

The tournament will be held on Monday and Tuesday and will include the University of Tampa, Stetson University, Florida Southern, Palm Beach State College, Lake Sumter State College, Florida Gateway College and the host Seminole State College.

The Titans have a solid group of players returning from a team that finished eighth in the NJCAA Division I National Tournament last season. Mila Tang returns after a successful freshman season in which she was named to the second team NJCAA Division I All-America team.
“Ann is playing real well this fall and freshmen have been doing well, Cayden has come back and looks better. Through qualifying I like what I am seeing from them. We just have to get our feet on the ground and go play,” Howell said.
Ann Burel and Cayden Challacombe are also back from last season’s team.
It is the first of four events for the women’s golf team this fall.
